Director of Enterprise & Operational Risk, Metro Bank

Sean is Director of Enterprise and Operational Risk at Metro Bank, managing a team in the second line, reporting directly to the CRO, responsible for all aspects of the Bank’s Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Frameworks.

He is a member of the Operational Risk Advisory Council of the Institute of Operational Risk (IOR) as part of the IRM, running its Chapters globally.
