Provision 29: Comply or explain – Competent oversight begins with clarity.

Webinar on demand

Provision 29 of the UK Corporate Governance Code is more than a policy update – it’s a call to action. Boards are stewards of corporate trust, and this new requirement challenges them to prove competency in overseeing the control environment. But clarity in oversight doesn’t start in the Boardroom. It starts with clear visibility across the organisation.

Unlock the webinar recording for a focused, cross-functional discussion on how organisations can meet the demands of Provision 29: not through over-engineering or exhaustive control testing, but through materiality-based prioritisation, fit-for-purpose design, and technology-enabled reporting.

A practical guide for boards, risk leaders, and operational teams on turning Provision 29 from a compliance challenge into a confidence-building opportunity.
