His many skills include Business Service Management (including ITIL and Six Sigma), System and Application Performance Management, Capacity Planning and, most recently, Risk Management disciplines.
Nick’s varied experience across consulting and industry leaves him well positioned to advise clients not just on Risk Management theory but also what works in practice.
As an industry, he believes we have only scratched the surface on this and still have a lot to learn. Outside work, most of Nick’s spare time revolves around his family. On summer weekends, he will normally be found on the side of a cricket pitch somewhere in the greater Sydney area, watching his son play or walking his dog.
More recent roles have included general management and team leadership for large, complex service lines as well as discrete, specialised business units.
Ian’s product experience includes product strategy, design and launch. With a well developed customer-centric approach, this has significantly helped to deliver compelling customer value for sophisticated customer requirements. Ian has also been responsible for the end-to-end business management of a multi-million dollar acquired company – delivering against required objectives.
Now leading Protecht's sales and account management teams globally, Ian places great emphasis on close customer contact and deep engagement to fully understand customer need.
Craig previously worked for a top 50 SaaS vendor and prior to that role he ran his own sales & marketing consultancy firm providing interim leadership services for North American SaaS vendors to incubate & scale their EMEA operations. Craig has worked in the software industry for companies such as HP, TITUS & OpenText.
With extensive experience in B2B software, financial services and data and analytics, Damien has built and launched many widely used and loved products that solve real problems for large and small businesses.
Sharon is responsible for attracting the right people to join us, maintaining our fantastic company culture, engaging and retaining our own talent. Sharon brings over 15 years of experience in human resources leadership, business partnership, recruitment, organisational development, employee relations, policy and procedure and coaching. Prior to Protecht Group, Sharon worked across different industries including FinTech, Technology & Networking, Telecommunications, Insurance and Education.
Leading diverse teams and large complex programs of work, across software, infrastructure, DevOps, security and quality assurance, Mark is widely recognised as having a can-do attitude and is passionate about delivery across a multitude of technologies and platforms. Mark is an excellent communicator and works successfully across all business units. Mark has been responsible for delivering high transactional e-commerce solutions, incorporating leading edge UX across web, mobile, retail, B2B and B2C environments. Mark has led many technology based mergers and acquisition (up to $750M) programs in the past, implemented optimised business processes, and delivered across multiple platform and data migrations.
Keith is based in Protecht’s London office.
Gary is firmly of the belief organisations have a competitive advantage in achieving their strategic objectives when understanding the risk dynamics associated to business planning activities.
Gary has over 10 years’ experience consulting and providing advisory services to a wide range of clients both locally and overseas. He has a MSc. in Finance and Capital Markets.
Prior to Protecht, Gary spent time with three global banks consulting on risk and strategic change. He started his career in Risk Advisory at KPMG.
Adel has more than 10 years’ experience selling and consulting into various industries.
His key area of focus besides Risk and Compliance is Business Research, Marketing and Technology.
Adel joined The Protecht team in 2018 and plays a key role in the company’s accelerated growth plans. When Adel is not talking to Risk and Compliance professionals you will find him in the gym or in the park trying to keep up with his children.
From planning and strategy through to execution, Hasim has extensive data-driven experience in the implementation of various marketing campaigns – working alongside industry experts in Digital Marketing, SEO, Content and Creative teams.
She has more than 9 years of experience in account and customer engagement in market research, publishing and IT in Belgium and Australia.
Rachelle graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury in 2010. Since completion of her degree, she has been extensively involved in implementing Governance, Risk and Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering software across the financial services, public, government and utility sectors.
Particular areas of focus have been in the risk assessment, incident recording and compliance areas.
Rachelle joined the Protecht Risk Advisory team in January 2015. She specialises in the implementation of Protecht’s ERM software.
Prior to joining Protecht, Bing held a variety of positions with Westpac, Suncorp Group, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. He has a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide. During his time in Adelaide, Bing was also a tutor in the Finance Faculty at the University of South Australia.
She has managed the Protecht.ALM product and ALM analytics since 2003 and assisted clients with interest rate risk management of their portfolios.
Prior to this Selina worked in Treasury at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Colonial State Bank, in the areas of derivative settlements, market risk and asset & liability risk management, where she was responsible for Value at Risk analysis and balance sheet management.
Prior to joining Protecht, Annabelle was the Administrator of the
Annabelle is enthusiastic and passionate about all aspects of Enterprise Risk Management, in her down time, she enjoys the Arts, Epicure and training her off the track thoroughbred racehorse for Dressage competition.
Catherine has a track record of success in teaching, training, coaching, programme management and educational leadership with expertise and interest in Educational Technology.
She holds professional membership with the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD).
Catherine joined the Protecht Team in November 2017 and is responsible for delivering the Risk Analytics Software & Systems Training to our APAC & EMEA customers.
