Transforming AI governance in Australia and New Zealand: The EU blueprint & global dynamics.

Wednesday 13 August 2025, 11:00am–12:00pm AEST | 1:00pm-2:00pm NZST

Are you grappling with the ever-evolving landscape of AI regulation? Businesses across Australia and New Zealand face growing uncertainty as the pace of legislative change around AI accelerates globally. While the EU takes a bold leap with its AI Act, other jurisdictions – including the USA and our region – are developing at different speeds, creating a fragmented regulatory environment.

We invite you to an engaging session that dives deep into these regulatory dynamics and provides actionable insights. Our panel of risk practitioners and thought leaders will unpack what organisations in Australia and New Zealand can learn from the EU’s approach, and how we can better manage AI compliance and risk locally as more advanced forms of AI continue to emerge.
