CPS 230: Do you understand the risk management uplift required?

On demand webinar

CPS 230: Operational Risk Management

The deferral of the start date for CPS 230 by 18 months indicates the amount of work required to comply.  This extra 18 months is not a time to relax, but a time to prepare.

The extent of work required is substantial as the standard is demanding a major uplift to operational risk management frameworks and processes.

But, this standard is not just about risk management but about the understanding of how the institution operates. Do you have adequate knowledge of your processes and are they documented with adequate process maps? How will you keep your process maps up to date? How will you link your risks and controls to your processes and how will you demonstrate process resilience?

In this thought leadership webinar, Protecht’s Chief Research & Content Officer David Tattam and Research & Content Lead Michael Howell will review the requirements of CPS 230 and explore how you need to prepare to meet the requirements of the standard.
