1. Hover over the “Join Webinar” icon in your personal webinar confirmation email. Right click and select “Copy link address "
2. Paste the link in your browser. DO NOT HIT ENTER
3. Copy and Paste "?clientType=html5" at the end of the hyperlink in your browser and hit Enter to join through the web browser
